eCall for Requirements
Key Functionality
Welsh public sector organisations are able to use the secure and EU compliant xchangewales – eCall for Requirements service to:
- Define the general requirements and line item definition of the central purchasing organisation (CPO) and the collaborative stakeholders; including descriptions, attachments, notes classification, coding and timescales
- Distribution of Call for Requirements to multiple stakeholders
- Distribution of messages between CPO and multiple stakeholders
- Alert all parties of required information and of progress
- Input comments and forecast usage volumes for each of the stakeholders
- Track progress of requirements submitted by each of the stakeholders
- Review, revise or accept stakeholder requirements
- Convert individual or aggregated requirements into the xchangewales – eTender tool
- Track final award values, from xchangewales – eTender tool, and allocate share of cost to CPO and individual stakeholders
