eCall for Requirements

Key Functionality

Welsh public sector organisations are able to use the secure and EU compliant xchangewales – eCall for Requirements service to:

  • Define the general requirements and line item definition of the central purchasing organisation (CPO) and the collaborative stakeholders; including descriptions, attachments, notes classification, coding and timescales
  • Distribution of Call for Requirements to multiple stakeholders
  • Distribution of messages between CPO and multiple stakeholders
  • Alert all parties of required information and of progress
  • Input comments and forecast usage volumes for each of the stakeholders
  • Track progress of requirements submitted by each of the stakeholders
  • Review, revise or accept stakeholder requirements
  • Convert individual or aggregated requirements into the xchangewales – eTender tool
  • Track final award values, from xchangewales – eTender tool, and allocate share of cost to CPO and individual stakeholders
