Help is available from the initial invitation. Prior to and during an eAuction there is support and training via a helpdesk manned by a trained and experienced team (including fluent welsh speakers).

There is no cost to suppliers
How long does an eAuction take?
An average eAuction takes around 30 minutes, but you should allow extra time for additional bidding
What happens if our systems go down during an eAuction?
The event can be paused until your system is live or until you have found an alternative internet connection
As a supplier, how do I know that the buying organisation will be running an eAuction?
The advertisement and pre-qualification questionnaire issued by the buying organisation will show that the organisation has the option to run an eAuction.
