This social learning environment provides members of the procurement community with a secure area to interact and share information online.
The service, offered free-of-charge to public sector buyers across Wales, includes a resource centre that includes a community forum, glossary of public sector procurement terms, library of reference materials and links to education services, including education and certification, that focus on providing eSourcing excellence.
Overtime, it is anticipated that the online service will be extended to provide ePurchasing excellence; offering public sector buyers support throughout each stage of the end-to-end procurement process.
