The electronic catalogues, available to all public sector organisations across Wales, are used by buyers to quickly and easily order and pay for contracted goods and services. The xchangewales solution also allows users to 'punch-out' to individual suppliers' commercial websites.

Value Wales is unable to accept liability for any discrepancy or error made as a result of ordering from non-core catalogues or using free text orders. Where queries or discrepancies occur these are the sole responsibility of the buyer organisation to resolve and must be done so directly with the supplier. Non-core catalogues and The Consortium

Value Wales would like to point out the following to all buyers and buying organisations: If you wish to take advantage of the 7% discount for online purchases from The Consortium's non-core catalogues, you MUST advise them in advance of your intention to trade electronically. Failure to do so will result in the application of the standard discount of only 3.5% at the point of invoice.
